So let me introduce myself :
- my name is Rossana
- V6! I have been a fan of them for 17 years and I'm proud of it ^^
- It's Nagano and Okada. I can't decide really, so they are equally my favourite, because they are just super adorable and I just love how they itneract with each other nowadays haha
- It will be Sky's the limit and many more but Sky's the limit got the best impression because during those moment is the worst day of my life and I got through it because of V6 song
- Because of my local asian magazine and there is an article about V6, and since then I have been exploring about JPop and I love Jpop until now
- My current Japanese language level is Kindergarten I guess? I never took proper learn in Japanese and I only learn from watching Tokusatsu and Japanese dramas, so my Japanese language is quite messy >.

Date: 2019-04-04 04:08 am (UTC)My name is Mii.. I have downloaded some V6 stuff from your lj before so I wanna say thank you again for that, and I hope I can get access to more V6 stuff from you since it's a bit hard to find V6 related things nowadays ^^
Anyway, my fav groups are Kanjani8, V6, and Hey!Say!JUMP, currently Kanjani is in the number 1 spot because Okura Tadayoshi's smile during JCD stole my heart >///< plus I really think they are super talented since they have many programs that continue to train them. They have Chronicle for variety and comedic stuff, Janiben for talking stuff, and KanJam for their musicality. As for V6, they are the first ever Johnny's group that I like, and I fell for Sakamoto's voice, also I love how close they are, like a real family. For HSJ, I love when they goof around during concert. Their close friendship is what I love the most about them.
Okay next, my current fav is Okura Tadayoshi, and since you said it's okay to gush about him then I will ^^ Okura is adorable, his smile is adorable. He can be a bit bratty during variety but that just makes me like him even more. He's a hardworking guy who managed to learn drum in just a month. He's good with children (based on Kanjani Sensei segment on Chronicle). He loves to joke around but also has this scary serious side on him. He is not afraid to say what's on his mind yet he also said that he's the type to hide his jealousy and even if it's painful for him, he just won't show it. Bottom line is, I think he's a very interesting person. He seems approachable and friendly, and not too sparkling like your usual Johnny's (then again, all of Kanjani are like that) so I really like that fresh feeling he gave me.
In V6, my fav is Sakamoto. I mean, his voice is just heavenly. I like his voice the most among the other jyanisu. He's just amazing.
For HSJ, my fav is Inoo Kei. I've always cheered for him even when he still stood in the back all those years ago. He's also the reason I believe that bishounen from manga and anime exist in real life.
My fav songs from Kanjani are I to U and Sorry Sorry Love. I also like Kimi no Kakera by Kamisen. From HSJ it's Jealous Guy. (I have this soft spot for angsty love song)
Hmm.. how was it I ended up in this ikemen paradise? I forgot the exact how, all I remember was it all started from Orange Range who sang the opening to Bleach, then I look more into j-songs and find my way to V6 then to the rest of Johnny's.
I'm still learning Japanese. I use duolingo but I'm a bit moody so I learn it when I feel the mood to do it, even though I really want to understand what my favs are talking about >.<;

Date: 2019-04-04 04:55 am (UTC)My fav group is V6! They were the last ones in JE whom I remembered by names and faces (I knew Inocchi and Okada though, but that's all. Though I generally more or less knew all debuted groups and huge part of juniors), and I didn't even know that I would be their fan :D Takizawa Kabuki and Ken got me into fangirling V6 in 2016, though in 2015 I made an attempt to be their fan (not successful XD).
I'm not good at describing why I love groups, but anyway I love them, they are unique and wonderful XD
My fav is Masa, I'm so in love with his voice. He is such a gentleman, a gorgeous man, but also a dork XD (Also I fell in love with this smiling-corners-of-his-lips, and he generally is kinda my type).
My current fav song is Right now, I guess. I have many fav songs but I never have ~the only one~, it's always hard to decide.
What originally brought me into Johnny's is KAT-TUN (My friend showed me them, so we are here, she is also V6 fan now) and omg it was 8 years ago. I liked kat-tun, news, kanjani, arashi,kisumai, ebi, johnny's west, but now I guess V6 is my only fav group XD I also like Kinki kids, and takkitsuba broke my heart :(
My level of Japanese is smth around... kindergarten, i guess. I never tried to learn it, but 8 years with Johnny's did their job, so I know some basics and random words/phrases (I even translated V6's Answer from Japanese by myself, using Google translate and another online dictionary. My friend, who proofreaded it, said that I made only a few mistakes!)

I have many fav songs but I never have the only one,I cannot describe why I like groups, but each of them is unique and wonderful. Аnd I love them.
I tried to learn Japanese, but my top is Hiragana and Katakana, my laziness is to blame.

Oh-chan. His voice, his dancing, his arts, his eyes, his silent presence. The way you can never forget he's there even when he doesn't say a word.

Furusato. It's the song that first really made me fall in love with these five crazy guys.
- How you originally got into J-Pop/Johnny's
I took kind of a side road over anime. One of those had a live action version which was my first contact, though at the time I didn't know anything about Arashi, JE or even J-pop. The subtitles of anime really started to bother me... and I slowly started to look into the language, but for that I wanted to immerse myself in the music. A search for the artists behind some of the theme songs I had found eventually led me to Arashi... (and KAT-TUN and V6.)
- What is your current Japanese language level/Are you trying to learn Japanese?
Still learning. I consider myself a beginner, though I'm slowly starting to understand some drama episodes and songs.

2. Arashi is my all time favorite group, but I basically have a fondness of all JE-groups (I'm also into Kpop so I have a whole bunch of groups that I like within that genre as well). The reason why I like them? I'm not entirely sure but I get happy just by watching them - they're so funny on their own but especially as a group. They can talk about nothing and still make me laugh because of how they play of each other. Then I also really like some of their music - I won't say that they're the best singers but I love the happy/positive sound that many of their songs have, and the fact that so many of their songs are very catchy.
3. Ohno is my favorite within Arashi. He's basically a quite person but when he wants to he can be so much fun, further he's also an excellent singer and dancer. I could listen to and watch him all day long. (When I was in 8th grade we had to write a paper on an artist for art class and I wrote about him and his exhibition lol)
4. They have so many good songs.. can I say two? One happy-go-lucky (my favorite sound) and one that has more of an emotional meaning to me? The happy song I like the most is probably Kotoba yori taisetsu na mono. The 'emotional' song is 5x10 and I think any Arashi fan can feel how meaningful that song is by watching their 5x10 tour performance.
5. So... it's a bit of a long story - I started out reading manga, which lead me to anime. Then I found out that they had live action versions of some animes and so I started looking at Japanese dramas... and I started liking Nishikido Ryo (I don't even remember what I watched that had him in it) and I basically started to find out more about Johnny's - which eventually lead me to Arashi <3
6. I studied some Japanese in high school but that never really went anywhere. But I can unexpectedly understand a bit of Japanese - I guess I just watched enough while quite young for some to just stick. I currently don't have any plans of learning Japanese as I rather focus on becoming better at Korean and Chinese (I took both languages at university).

I have been fan of Jdorama since 2000. They introduce me to Johnnys talent. But the one that make me a fan of Johnnys is Hanadan. Hanadan introduce to Arashi, and through Arashi I know other Johnnys talent and the rest is history.
My Japanese language skill maybe kindergarden level ><. I can guess and understand some of the word. I still learning in my own pace...without pressure > <

I don't really kow how i got into Jhonny's. at first I just interest to Nino because of his acting, then i strted to look info about him, and found that he was member of Arashi. and boom suddenly, i got to Jhonnys :D

I don't know my level , but i can understand (a bit) arashi's bangumi. i'm still learning~

How I got into Johnny's? I was watching Gaki no Tsukai's 24 Hour Batsu and Nakai was a guest and I kinda find him cute, looked him up on google, SMAP showed up, and the rest is history.
I stopped learning for a bit because I need to focus on my studies. But as soon as I graduate, Ill continue! I'm still a beginner so... yeah.

My ichiban in SZ is Marius bc he is the best boy, always try his best and is so cute. I'm also kinda in love with Hokuto from sixtones.
My favourite songs are Innocent days by Sexyzone,eejanaika by jwest, hysteria by 6tones and N.M.P by kattun.
I met the johnnys by sexyzone in fuller house.

Date: 2019-04-07 01:20 am (UTC)I'm at that point where I love all the members. I've had a red, blue, green, and yellow phase but my ichiban is MatsuJun. MJ baited because of Gokusen. I almoooost swerved to the yellow lane in 2010/2011 but then saw BnMF con dvd and Jun said "Come Back to Me" so I did. :P
Favorite song -- kill me for this is Love So Sweet just because it was the first song and no matter how much it's overplayed I still love it. B-side I love Still... so much I cried hearing it the day after the 'hiatus' announcement. And solo-wise, I love Nino's Niji. Nothing beats that till now.
Arashi got me into Jpop Johnny's. Knowing them for so long...I think I know all of JE's debuted groups except Kismyft2, ABCZ and Johnny's West. I am getting to that...Arashi variety shows with sooo many people guesting has also introduced me to other acts. In terms of girl group, I love Perfume!
I have been studying Japanese for over 4 years now and I'm between N3 and N2...so striving soooo hard to get that N2 but Kanji is killing me.

My ichiban is Matsujun, I was Junbaited and he remains to be my favorite. I really like his acting and his amazing skills in concert planning.
It's really hard to find a favorite song from Arashi who has so many, so that's really hard, maybe Miles Away, for its amazing harmonizing, but I like all of their voices and especially them singing together, oh, I'm going to miss them so much~
I got into J-pop and Johnny's because of doramas, I love watching doramas, especially old ones, and my first was Hanamichi with Toma :D, then Hanadan and everything started.
I don't know what's my current Japanese level, I love the language though, I'm trying to learn it, I like trying to do some translations occasionally, but I've never studied the language formally.
I hope you can grant me access, I promise to follow the rules. I like V6's music a lot too. I'm not so active here, I'm mainly at LJ. Yoroshiku~

- Favorite group/artist: arashi is my fave in J&A, and i'm moderately interested in all other debuted groups & juniors :) i got into arashi because of my slight obsession with toma after watching hana kimi all those years ago. at the time, i knew toma was gonna guest on VSA for the first time ever, but i didn't know the exact episode he will appear in, so i just watched a bunch of raw VSA eps until he appeared and from there liked arashi's dynamics and started searching for more of their eng subbed content, then here i am about 9 years later... 😂🙈 my fave thing about arashi is their variety show personalities cause they entertain me and sometimes, really help to cheer me up when i'm down with RL, and over the years i've come to appreciate all the effort and work they put in as arashi, and am rooting for them to be happy with their future endeavors :'D
- Your favorite member in your favorite group: my ichiban from arashi is nino! following pretty close behind is sho (i questioned if my bias was gonna change during kazoku game era lol). i'm not sure why he's my fave myself actually LOL. i guess i just like the little shit that he is? and that i like his face hahahaha 😂🙈
- Your favorite song by them + why: the first song off the top of my head is a Day in Our Life by arashi. i think cause i love sakurap, and this entire song has the most sakurap 😍😍😍 it actually took me suuuuuper long to get into the song. i thought it sounded weird at first, but while i was watching kisarazu cat's eye jdrama, the song grew on me, and suddenly it's my jam hahaha.
- How you originally got into J-Pop/Johnny's: to be really specific, it's actually because i wanted to watch the nodame cantabile anime, but somehow came across the jdrama instead hahaha. i really enjoyed the jdrama (rewatched it 3 times in a row! 🙈), went on to watch more jdramas, got obsessed with toma from hana kimi, and then the rest is as explained above.
- What is your current Japanese language level/Are you trying to learn Japanese?: not learning JP, but i would say i can understand really basic japanese? 9 years of watching fansubs / official eng subs of jp content has helped me understand the basics. sometimes i watch variety shows raw and find that i can understand 60-70% of it? but if it's like interview type/talk show type where there's a lot of talking, i can only get like 30% i think. 😂 i did take a 12 week class for basic JP last year, so i can read katakana and hiragana veeeery slowly now. :D

My ichiban is Kamenashi Kazuya, he is a complete artist, a charismatic child and very, very hard worker, he is admirable as he tries his utmost to leave his fans satisfied, besides that everything he does is great and has a lovely spark !! !!
It is difficult to choose a song from my favorite group because I love the great majority, but if I have to choose one, it must be the hymn Hyphen: Real face
How did I get to know the Jpop / Johnnys world? it must be the circle of anime, drama, Japanese music ...
the first drama that I saw Gokusen, that's why I met Matsumoto Jun of Arashi, I liked it, I met ARASHI and KAT-TUN but as I prefer rock music, I've been more interested in the music of KAT-TUN !!!
I'm not studying Japanese but with Johnnys music I'm learning a bit, but it's nothing ...

My favorite band is Tokio (I like others too, but I'm really into them right now)
I love them because they are really funny and their variety shows always manage to make me happy
My favorite member in the group is Nagase Tomoya because I like his voice, I like his acting and I like his personality (he's also hilarious sometimes)
My favorite song by them is Hana Uta because it's a fun song, it's motivational I think
I got into Jpop because at first it's anime and then I got into dramas and then I got to know about many actors and bands
my Japanese level is kind of standard(?) not that good, I know some basics though (I have tried JLPTs before, more than once) and yes I would like to learn more, I am currently still learning :D

My favorite member is MatsuJun because of Hana Yori Dango and Gokusen, it was how I got into the group as a whole when I saw them together in the movie premiere and they performed. I think he's just a really fun and nice person, even if it seems DOM...haha..
Favorite song "One Love" and "Happiness" because one love Handan and Happiness just a happy song.
I got into J-Pop because of Arashi, when I heard Ohno-kuns voice I had to watch things all Arashi. Then I got into their MC talks then I started listening to all their music. SMAP followed with the Ohno vs. Nakai moments...love that.
Japanese level is beginner, intermediate. I can somehow follow conversation but I cannot keep a conversation very much. I know words and can't read kanji just hiragana.

Date: 2019-04-07 12:03 pm (UTC)- My top 5 fave J-Pop groups are TOKIO, Sexy Zone (uh-huh huge age gap, I know), Arashi, V6, and J Soul Brothers (the only non-Johnny's that made it on the list lol). I love TOKIO, simply because I am obsessed with Nagase first.
- TOKIO: Nagase, Sexy Zone: Kento, V6: Sakamoto Papi, Arashi: I can't choose between Sho and Jun, J Soul Brothers: Imaichi Ryuji
- TOKIO: story, Sexy Zone: Hoshi no Ame, V6: Boku. Sora. Kimi, Arashi: Pray, J Soul Brothers: Koi to Ai
- By watching Nagase's movie, Heaven's Door
- My current Japanese level is N3, and I plan to take N2 this July. Wish me luck pls >_<

My favourite songs are Arashi Ashita No Kioku, V6 Utao Utao but those are just one that pop up in my head, there's so many, the old ones and the new ones...
What got me in jpop is my friends, I clicked into a group of Johnny's fan and I had watched one jdorama, The Quiz Show, and I am so into Sakurai Sho's character and I dug him up..In the same time I love the songs Ashita No Kioku and never really thought that his group was the one who sang the theme song for the drama...
From Arashi,I watched the Johnny's Sports Day and I got to know other groups.
When I was introduced to other JE's group, I never really paid attention to other group than Arashi, but, what really made me into V6 was that one time when I was into action and fighting dramas and another special character that comes into a drama...and that was SP..Okada Junichi really pull his character so good that I dug him up too..and from there I re-watch Kisarazu Cats Eye..and other songs....but, when I knew V6 members, I instantly fall with Miyake Ken , he's so cute but annoying but cute..
But, all of them has different personality, so I can say, sometimes my Ichiban changed with my mood..if that make sense...(sorry)..
I got into this jdorama, jpop since 2007, at the very least I can watch a whole drama without subtitle...but, by just comprehending the situation..but, learning is a whole life time process, so, though I am not formally learning the language, I do so in a way...
So, that's it...Thank you...

I've discover them with Way of Life (the perf from Voyager tour) and I've jump in feet first ! These six adorable dorks. I didn't knew JE at all at that time and it was totally by chance. V6 was and still my JE first love.
My ichiban was Ken, then it's slowly slided for Okada (the "youngest statut" I assume, then I saw Kisarazu and my heart was definitively loss). I love their "family bond", their relationship, their music, dance and so more !
However, I'm not anymore as much in the fandom since few years but I hope your subs help me to dip back into (I think I'm kind of scared : what if I didn't like as much as before ?)
I follow now others JE groups (mostly HSJ and Kisumai) but I had a TOKIO period as well.
I don't really have ONE V6's fav song (it would be too simple) but among them are : Sorezore no sora, fAKE, Koko Kara (of course...), Sky's the limit, Spotlight (the rythm of these two !), Over, Walk, Supernova...
I do learn Japanese since January and I'm currently work on hours/time. I've learn hiraganas.

Date: 2019-04-07 08:54 pm (UTC)I started liking KAT-TUN when I watched the dorama Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge. It's been just around 7 years since I am in Jpop fandom, but once I entered, I never left :D
Last year I passed the JLPT 5 :D so I am not bad but I am not really good. My main problem is that my listening sucks... I can't even watch movies in my own language... when there is a joke and everyone laughs I am "what did he say?? what did he say??" so I am used to watch stuff with subs :(
